The programme and your terms
The programme is operated by Educato Inc., 2261 Market St, STE 22351, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States, represented by Codrut Lemeni and Felix Gabler. Applying does not guarantee admission, assignments or earnings. Accepted creators progress through setup, warm-up, trial and a trial decision; an ongoing campaign membership may become active or later end as churned. Each campaign has its own requirements.
Age and guardian authorisation
Give accurate identity and birth information. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept the Creator Terms with you; provide any additional signed consent required for your campaign. Do not participate where local law or platform rules prohibit it.
Assignments and publishing
Follow the campaign brief, agreed schedule, review process and required platforms. Submit videos for review and make required corrections before publication. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your recordings, music, people and other material, including their agreed use in ads. Label campaign posts clearly as advertising in the language of the post, including in the video itself, and use any required platform disclosure tools. Follow the rules of TikTok, Instagram and any other platform you use. The Creator Terms require campaign posts to stay live, public and unedited for at least 12 months, except where law or platform rules require removal. Do not fabricate engagement or performance information.
Rights in delivered videos
You grant Educato permission to receive, store and review submitted videos. For delivered campaign content, the Creator Terms you accept provide for transfer of ownership or, where transfer is not allowed, an exclusive, worldwide, transferable licence for as long as the rights last. They allow editing and paid advertising by Educato, its clients and partners without further payment, and use of your name, image and voice in that content. Campaign accounts created for the collaboration belong to Educato under those terms. Read those terms and any specific campaign terms before delivering content.
Commercial terms and payouts
Rates, currency, qualifying deliveries, performance bonuses, trial compensation, payment timing and payout method are those agreed for your campaign. Read the trial payment conditions before starting: completing work does not by itself guarantee payment if the agreed posting or performance conditions are not met. The tracker records terms, performance and payment status; a displayed estimate does not amend your accepted terms. Check the verification requirements and fees of your campaign's payout provider. Supply accurate payout information and raise discrepancies with your programme contact. Applicable tax and invoicing duties follow the accepted terms and local law.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure and your profile and linked posting accounts accurate. Use only accounts and material you are authorised to use. Do not access another creator's records, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content or misuse programme communications. Discord and other external services have their own terms.
Personal data
The creator privacy policy explains application, campaign, payment, community and tracking data. It also explains how to contact us about your data rights. Granting content rights does not waive those rights.
Ending participation
You or Educato may end participation in accordance with the campaign terms and applicable law. Trial failure or churn ends the relevant campaign stage; suspension or termination may also follow misuse. Contact the programme team about outstanding work and payments. Existing rights under accepted terms, earned payments and lawful record-keeping duties are handled under those terms and law.
Governing law and disputes
California law applies without its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory protections under applicable local law remain unaffected. Contact the programme team to try to resolve a dispute.
Changes and priority of terms
Changes to programme terms will be communicated as required by law and your accepted terms. Specific agreed campaign terms take precedence over this general page for deliverables, licences and payment. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
