Delete your account in the app
Open Account > Delete account in Educato Creators. Review what happens to your data, then confirm Delete my account. Deletion removes your login, profile photo, contact details and operational date-of-birth records immediately and signs you out.

Creators and applicants can request deletion of their account and personal data held for the Educato creator programme, including if an application was not accepted.
Email fallback if you cannot access the app
If you no longer have app access, or are an applicant without an Account page, email privacy@educato.com from the email address used for your account or application. Include your creator handle or application email so we can find your records. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request is yours. You can also request deletion of specific items, such as a sample video or an uploaded document, without closing your account by naming them in the same email.

Your campaign work, posted videos, payment records and legal records stay with Educato under the Creator Terms and applicable accounting and legal duties. Legal records include accepted terms, signed programme documents and parental consent evidence. We keep retained data for as long as needed to meet those duties or handle legal claims, as described in the privacy policy, and restrict or erase it when those purposes end.

Deleting your account ends your participation in running campaigns and cancels outstanding work. Payments are handled by your country manager outside the app; make sure they have your payout details before you delete. Existing rights under accepted terms, earned payments and lawful record-keeping duties continue under those terms and applicable law.
When we respond to email requests
We respond to email deletion requests within 30 days. Our response explains what has been deleted and any data we must retain and why. Confirming deletion in the app takes effect immediately.
